How to Register a New Account

Before making any bookings you must have an account with us. Follow the instructions below to register a new account.

  • Click Register

  • Fill in the required fields in the form.

  • The password must have at least one letter, one capital letter, one number, and be six characters.

  •  Fill out all personal details fields marked with an asterisk.
  •  If you tick ‘Do you want to associate your account with a company?’ You will be prompted to fill out your Organisation details. Note: If your insurance is under a Company you must add your Company details and book everything under the Company.
  •  If you tick ‘Is the organisation a not for profit?’ you need to upload appropriate documentation to prove this. Click Browse, find the document. Click open.

  • Upload your Public Liability Insurance Certificate. Click Browse, find the document. Click open.

  •  Select your appropriate Hire rate and Purpose of hire.
  •  Upload a flyer or poster if you wish, we sometimes promote these on our What's On page. Click I'm not a robot and click Submit.

  • You will receive a response within 48 business hours.
