How to Search for Recurring Bookings

Before making any bookings you must have an account with us. Follow the instructions below to register a new account.

• To make an enquiry about a recurring booking,
• Click on the VENUES page tab and then click on Recurring Booking Search on the left hand side

Enter all relevant information including:

• Start and end date of your recurrence

Note:- the booking system will only allow for bookings up to 52 weeks in advance. The booking system does not accept bookings under 2 days so your start date must be after that

• Start and finish time

Is your recurrence, weekly or monthly. If it is monthly which week in the month are you looking for? Tick the box for which day of the week are you looking for your recurrence to occur on

Note:-You can click on more than one day

You can also click on View Filter button to search for more specific information including which halls you would prefer or any specific features you may require.

The system will display all available facilities that meet your requirements based on the information you have input.

If no facilities are available then look to change the time, or day of your enquiry.

Note:- if no facilities continue to show as available, then click on the CALENDAR tab to scroll through availability of your preferred facility.

It will show you clearly what is already booked and what is available
